Formsuite is completely free, you'll only ever be billed if you opt-in to a paid plan.
Only workspace admins can manage the billing/plan details of a workspace. To do so, go to the Settings>Billings page in the workspace. Here you'll see a list of available plans. Click “Get Started” to begin a checkout flow to complete a plan purchase.
From here you'll complete a simple checkout flow to create a new subscription. Once completed your workspace will be updated to the appropriate plan and features made available
Subscriptions are monthly and yearly depending on the plan you choose.
You can cancel, change, and restore any subscriptions from the Billing page as well.
